TRANSPORTABLE FURNACES

Zinco UK are now able to provide molten zinc storage capacity of up to 160T (2no x 80T vessels). As well as this, in association with our associated company Zinco Service SRL we are able to provide transportable furnaces for large installations with additional capacity of up to 280T of molten zinc (2no x 80T & 1no x 120T). Total molten storage capacity available is 440T.

For very large installations we are able to use zinc molds in conjunction with our furnaces (100no x 2.6T each).

THE BENEFITS OF TRANSPORTABLE FURNACES :-

• SAVE MONEY AND TIME: Re-melting time is much shorter than the traditional method, potentially saving you 7 to 10 days, depending on kettle size.
• A SHORTER RE-START: Means less impact on production.
• KETTLE SOFT START: Direct pumping into a new furnace from the transportable furnaces avoids the traditional danger of thermal shock, avoiding serious deformation and local over heating that can often be fatal for the kettle.
