TRANSPORTABLE FURNACES

In 2008 we will be able to provide molten zinc storage capacity of up to 160T (2no x 80T vessels). In addition our associated Company Zinco Service SRL is able to hire transportable furnaces for large installations an additional capacity of up to 280T to hold molten zinc (2no x 80T & 1no x 120T). Total molten storage capacity is 440T.

For very large installations we are able to use zinc molds in conjunction with our furnaces (100no x 2.6T each).

In addition we can undertake a full kettle change if required by the client.

THE BENEFITS OF TRANSPORTABLE FURNACES :-

• SAVE MONEY AND TIME: Re-melting time is much shorter than the traditional method, potentially saving you 7 to 10 days, depending on kettle size.
• A SHORTER RE-START: Means a greater significance in production.
• KETTLE SOFT START: Direct pumping into a new furnace from the transportable furnaces avoids the traditional danger of thermal shock, avoiding serious deformation and local over heating that can often be fatal for the kettle.
